Thomas Woudneh - Founder and Executive Director
Thomas is the Founder and Executive Director of CyVance, a youth-led nonprofit advancing cybersecurity education and protection across East Africa. As a certified CompTIA Security+ holder (which 0.5-1% hold as highschoolers) and high school cybersecurity student, Thomas brings both technical knowledge and a deep passion for digital equity to the mission.
What started as a classroom interest quickly grew into a continent-wide initiative to build the cybersecurity gap for small businesses, clinics, and schools with no access to protection. Thomas leads CyVance with a focus on hands-on impact by creating real policies, launching awareness workshops, and building a network of young cyber ambassadors dedicated to making digital safety accessible for all.
When he’s not directing CyVance's growth, Thomas mentors students to pass their Security+ certification, collaborates with educators, and builds open-source tools for digital training.

Hello, my name is Noah Jama. I am an aspiring Economics major.
